Throughout my career, I have amassed extensive experience across diverse industries and leadership positions, which has allowed me to recognize the interdependence and significance of all facets of a business.

For the past nine years, my focus has been on establishing new sales divisions and brands to expand companies' revenue streams, with the objective of diversifying and enhancing market share.

In 2023, following a company-wide downsizing, I found myself unemployed, disheartened, and completely burnt out from my corporate career. The prospect of entrepreneurship was not something I had ever considered. At 44, I was at a crossroads, contemplating what I truly wanted to pursue in my professional life.  With a mix of encouragement, apprehension, and support, I founded Lavender Cottage Marketing.
